It depends on what your home needs. Choose Silver if you only need plumbing maintenance, Gold if you only need HVAC tune-ups, and Platinum if you want both systems covered — Platinum is our best value and includes waived diagnostic and emergency fees. On a plumbing visit we perform an in-home safety inspection, flush your tanked water heater (Spring), and check fixtures and shut-offs. On an HVAC visit we tune up your system, replace the filter (labor included), and run a safety check on your gas appliances. We’ll always walk you through anything we find before doing any additional work.
You can cancel at any time, but please note: if we’ve already completed your Spring or Fall visit for the year, the remaining monthly balance for that membership year is due in full. Give us a call at (609) 465-3759 and we’ll walk you through it.
Plumbing visits are scheduled in Spring and Fall. HVAC tune-ups follow the same schedule — Spring before cooling season and Fall before heating season. We’ll reach out to schedule when the time comes.
Standard filters are replaced every few months and catch larger particles. Media-grade filters (Platinum) are thicker, last longer, and capture finer particles — better air quality and less strain on your HVAC system.
The filter itself is not included — what’s covered is the labor to replace it. You can purchase the filter yourself ahead of your visit, or ask us to order it for you. We’ll let you know the cost before ordering. Gold members receive a standard filter replacement; Platinum members receive a media-grade filter replacement.
Yes. Platinum members don’t pay emergency call-out fees or diagnostic fees. You still pay for parts and labor on any repair — but the service fees are covered by your membership.
Absolutely. Call us anytime to upgrade. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. Many members start with Silver or Gold and move to Platinum once they see the value.
