New Heating System
Installed the Right Way.

Furnace, boiler, heat pump, or ductless — we help you choose the right system for your home and fuel type, then install it correctly with proper sizing and a permit.

We Install Every Type of Heating System.

The right heating system depends on your home's existing infrastructure, your fuel type, and your efficiency goals. We'll help you compare options and make an informed choice.

Gas or Oil

Forced-Air Furnace

The most common heating system in the region. A gas or oil furnace heats air and distributes it through your existing ductwork. High-efficiency models (96+ AFUE) offer significant fuel savings over older equipment.

  • 80 AFUE standard efficiency or 96+ AFUE high-efficiency
  • Compatible with existing duct systems
  • Can be combined with central AC on the same air handler
  • Gas, oil, or propane fuel options
  • Most cost-effective replacement for an existing furnace
Gas, Oil, or Propane

Hot-Water Boiler

Boilers heat water and circulate it through radiators, baseboard convectors, or radiant floor systems. Common in older Cape May County homes. We install and replace gas, oil, and propane boilers of all sizes.

  • Zoned heat via multiple thermostat zones
  • Quieter and more even heat distribution than forced air
  • Compatible with existing radiator and baseboard systems
  • High-efficiency condensing boilers available
  • Combination systems that provide domestic hot water too
Electric / Dual-Fuel

Heat Pump

Heat pumps move heat from the outdoor air into your home — up to three times more efficient than electric resistance heat. Modern cold-climate heat pumps work reliably in NJ winters, with a gas furnace backup for the coldest days.

  • Heats and cools from the same system
  • Cold-climate models rated to -13°F outdoor temp
  • Dual-fuel configurations pair with a gas furnace backup
  • May qualify for significant rebates and tax credits
  • Lower operating cost than gas at current electricity rates
No Ductwork Needed

Ductless Mini-Split

A ductless heat pump system for homes without existing ductwork, or as a supplement to a central system. Single and multi-zone configurations available. Installation requires only a small wall penetration — no major renovation.

  • Heats and cools from a single system
  • No ductwork installation required
  • Independent zone control per indoor unit
  • Very high efficiency ratings (HSPF 10+)
  • Ideal for additions, older homes, and garages

Sizing Is Everything. Most Contractors Get It Wrong.

The most common heating installation mistake is oversizing the equipment. An oversized furnace short-cycles — it heats too quickly, shuts off, and repeats — which wears out components faster, creates temperature swings, and wastes fuel. We do a full Manual J load calculation before recommending any system size.

  • Manual J load calculation

We calculate the actual heat loss of your home based on insulation, windows, square footage, and ceiling height — not a rule-of-thumb guess based on the old system's BTU rating.

  • Honest equipment recommendations

We recommend what's right for your home and budget — not the most expensive option. If a standard-efficiency unit meets your needs, we'll tell you instead of upselling a high-efficiency model you don't need.

  • Permit pulled and inspected

Every new heating system installation is permitted and inspected by the local municipality. This protects your home insurance, your manufacturer warranty, and your ability to sell the home later.

  • Post-installation commissioning

We don't just bolt the unit in place and leave. We verify gas pressure, static pressure, temperature rise, combustion efficiency, and proper thermostat operation before we consider the job done.

From Assessment to First Heat.

Most heating system replacements can be completed in a single day. Here's what the process looks like from your first call to a warm house.

01

Home Assessment

We inspect your current system, measure your home, and evaluate ductwork condition, fuel source, and available space for equipment.

02

Written Quote

You receive a clear, itemized quote — equipment, labor, permit, and any duct or venting modifications. No open estimates, no surprise add-ons.

03

Installation Day

We remove the old system, install and connect the new equipment, update venting and flue connections as needed, and restore heat to the home.

04

Commissioning & Permit

Full system commissioning with measurements and documentation. Permit inspection scheduled. Manufacturer warranty registration completed.

Heating System Installation FAQ

General guidelines: if the system is over 15 years old and needs a major repair costing more than 50% of replacement value, replacement is usually the better investment. We'll give you an honest assessment — we don't push replacements on systems that are worth repairing.
Most furnace replacements complete in 4–8 hours in a single day. Boiler replacements typically take one full day. Installations requiring ductwork modifications or complex venting changes may take a day and a half. We'll give you a realistic timeline in the quote.
We primarily install Carrier, Rheem, Lennox, and Bosch systems for furnaces and heat pumps. For boilers, we work with Weil-McLain, Burnham, and Navien. We can source other brands as well — if you have a specific equipment preference, let us know and we'll work with it.
Yes. High-efficiency gas furnaces may qualify for NJ Clean Energy Program rebates. Heat pumps and ductless systems qualify for both NJ program rebates and federal tax credits through the Inflation Reduction Act. We'll help identify what's available for your specific equipment selection when we quote the project.
Yes — we offer financing options for heating system installations. Ask about payment plans when you call or when we provide your quote. Our financing options can spread the cost of a new system across monthly payments with low or zero interest for qualified customers.
