Terms of Service & End User License Agreement — Budd's Internal Marketing Reporting App

Effective date: July 14, 2026

1. Scope

These terms govern use of the internal software tool registered with Google as "Budds GSC MCP" (the "App"), operated by Budd's Plumbing, Heating & Cooling ("Budd's"). The App is an internal business tool used to view and report on Budd's own Google Search Console and Google Ads data.

2. Authorized Users

Use of the App is limited to employees, contractors, and service providers expressly authorized by Budd's. The App is not available to customers or the general public and may not be resold, redistributed, or made available to anyone outside Budd's.

3. License

Budd's grants authorized users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App for Budd's internal business purposes only. No other rights are granted.

4. Acceptable Use

Authorized users must not:

• Use the App to access accounts or data they are not authorized to access
• Share sign-in credentials or access tokens with anyone else
• Attempt to circumvent security or access controls
• Use data obtained through the App for any purpose outside their work for Budd's

5. Google Services

The App connects to Google services through Google APIs and is subject to Google's applicable terms and policies. Budd's may suspend or revoke the App's access to Google services, or an individual user's access to the App, at any time.

6. Data

Handling of data accessed through Google APIs is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer

The App is an internal tool provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Budd's may modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Budd's is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
