Privacy Policy — Budd's Internal Marketing Reporting App

Budd's Plumbing, Heating & Cooling ("Budd's," "we," "our") operates an internal software tool registered with Google as "Budds GSC MCP" (the "App"). The App is used only by authorized Budd's personnel to view and report on Budd's own marketing data. It is not offered to customers or the general public. This policy explains what data the App accesses through Google services and how that data is handled.

What the App Does

The App connects to Google services through Google's official APIs so our team can produce internal marketing reports for our own business accounts:

• Google Search Console API — read-only access to search performance data (queries, clicks, impressions, pages) for websites owned and verified by Budd's.
• Google Ads API — access to campaign, ad group, keyword, budget, and performance data for advertising accounts owned by Budd's.

Information We Access

The App accesses business marketing data belonging to Budd's own Google accounts. It also uses basic Google account information (the signed-in email address and OAuth credentials) for the authorized employee who connects it. The App does not collect or access personal information about Budd's customers through Google APIs.

How We Use the Information

Data accessed through Google APIs is used solely for internal reporting, analysis, and planning of Budd's own marketing — for example, SEO performance summaries and advertising campaign reviews. We do not use this data to advertise to third parties, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to build profiles of individuals.

Limited Use Disclosure

The App's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Storage and Security

OAuth tokens and downloaded report data are stored on company-controlled devices and accounts, with access limited to authorized personnel. Google access can be revoked at any time from the connected Google account's security settings or by resetting the App's credentials in Google Cloud Console.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent data accessed through Google APIs. We do not transfer it to third parties except to service providers that process it on our behalf and on our instructions to produce internal reports, or where required by law.

Retention and Deletion

Report data is kept only as long as it is needed for internal marketing analysis. Once Google access is revoked, the App can no longer access any Google data. To request deletion of stored data, or to ask any question about this policy, contact us at the email below.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, the current version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
