After your technician completes the on-site assessment, we'll provide a detailed quote with options. You can choose to receive it via text message, email, or have it presented to you in person. We only proceed once you've approved the work.

What if the job can't be completed in one visit?

If materials need to be ordered, we'll schedule a follow-up appointment at a time that works for you. We'll keep you informed throughout and confirm everything via text before returning.

Is my credit card information safe?

Yes. Your card is stored securely in your encrypted client portal. It is never shared or stored in our office systems. You control your payment information, and charges only occur after work is approved and completed.
