Work Flow for Issues form to Asana

Objective: This Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) outlines the responsibilities and procedures for an  assistant in   Budd’s Plumbing to track down a key performance indicator that tracks our overall conversion of the marketing spend we are spending within Budd’s Plumbing.  

This workflow is to be triggered when the Issues Form is submitted. The action is to take place in Asana. Ideally  I would like to have task made and either assigned to or added to the project based on selection of type of issues. Please review the instructions below and confirm this can be done. 


  1. Jotform “ Issue Form” is submitted


  1. Asana Task is created 

                     a. Process is selected

                                   i. Task inside “Weekly- To- Do’s is created with form attached

                                                1. Assigned to Mike@buddsplumbing and due date to be set 7 days after form submission.

                      b. Payroll is selected  

                                i. Task is made and assigned to 

                                                1. Task date is to be set day after task is created

                       c. Vehicle or tool repair/attention is needed is selected  

                                i. Task is made and assigned to

                       d. Team Member is selected  

                               i. Task is made and assigned to 

                     e. Other is selected

                               i.  Task is to be made inside Weekly- TO-Do’s

                                         1. No assignee or date is needed. 

Note: This SOP can be customized based on the specific requirements and guidelines of Budd’s Plumbing. Regularly review and update the SOP to ensure it remains accurate and aligned with the company's evolving needs. Make notes below in Red that would make this SOP more efficient. Before changing the SOP above, Ben and Mike need to sign off on it.
