Google LSA Implementation and tracking SOP

Objective: This Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) outlines the responsibilities and procedures for implementing Google LSA and tracking the results


  1. Visit!/

                    a. If starting a new page linked to the same Google my business page, click Get started on top right

                    b. Complete the process

        2. If reviewing current Google LSA’s

                    a. Visit the Profile and budget section

                         i. Make sure you are signed into

                         ii. Check Job Types to confirm it is all Job types you would like checked off

                         iii. Review budget section to review current spend

                         iv. Business hours section: Confirm business hours  

                         v. Service areas: Confirm these are the service areas you want to service

                  b. Reports section

                      i. Review budget spent

                            1. Be sure to change time frame to the time frame you want to review

                                  ii. Review charged leads

                 c. Leads section

                       i. Where you review all current leads

                            1. You can also “download” this section for comparison to closed jobber leads

Note: This SOP can be customized based on the specific requirements and guidelines of Budd’s Plumbing. Regularly review and update the SOP to ensure it remains accurate and aligned with the company's evolving needs. Make notes below in Red that would make this SOP more efficient. Before changing the SOP above, Ben and Mike need to sign off on it.
